A reward has not arrived
Rewards are credited after the journey is completed, verified and funded by the partner. Until all three are done the trip shows as pending in your wallet rather than as an available balance. If a completed trip has been pending for longer than expected, get in touch with the booking reference.
A journey did not earn
A journey earns only where a partner offer applied when you saved the booking. Flightly shows this before you travel. If a trip you expected to earn did not, the wallet entry shows which offer was checked.
Before launch
