How points work, and what Flightly does and does not promise.
Points are a reward, not money
Points are a benefit you earn from eligible completed travel and use toward flights booked in Flightly. They are not cash, not a currency, not an investment, and not transferable out of the app.
Eligibility and value depend on partners
Rewards, earning rates, partner offers and point value depend on approved partners and eligible journeys. Points become spendable only once rewards are funded and verified. Not all travel earns.
What Flightly provides
Flightly provides the app, the points wallet, the rewards experience and the customer journey. Flight search, booking, ticketing and order management are provided by flight supply and ticketing partners. Flightly is not the airline and does not issue tickets.
Fair use
Rewards are for travel you actually took. Bookings that are fabricated, duplicated, cancelled or not completed do not earn, and accounts used that way can be closed.
Flightly is pre-launch. This page is a plain summary of how the product is intended to work and will be replaced by reviewed legal text before the app is released. Nothing here is a contractual commitment.
